The mandatory nature of the answer to the questions that are asked, or of the data requested through the website, is indicated by the incorporation of an asterisk (*) after the question or field of the form. Automated posting on social networks: Users using the automated social media publishing service must provide their access keys (username/email address and password) to those networks. These keys are used for the sole purpose of publishing on behalf of users the contents that they provide. How long do we keep the data?

Sorella has established different retention periods depending on the type of data and the applicable purpose of its processing. Customers: the data will be kept for as long as the contractual relationship is maintained, plus an additional maximum period of 6 years after the end of the contract, in application of civil, commercial and tax legislation, unless they must be kept blocked for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims.
Abuse: The data will be kept for 12 months, unless it must be kept blocked for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims.
Automated publication on social networks: the data will be processed as long as the functionality is not disabled by the user.
Notifications on data protection and exercise of rights by data subjects: the data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from this purpose and the processing of the data.
To which recipients will the data be communicated?
Holatax does not communicate personal data to third parties, unless a rule with a law range provides otherwise or if necessary for the provision of the contracted service.
Holatax may communicate personal data to the competent authorities: tax and customs, judicial, law en forces and state security forces, and any other recipient that, depending on current regulations, is applicable.
In relation to the communications necessary for the provision of the contracted service, those data essential to manage the request of the users and provide the contracted services will be communicated, indicating in the corresponding General Conditions of Contract the terms in which such data are communicated and the identity or category of recipients. In any case, depending on the method of payment you select, it will be necessary to communicate to the financial and banking institutions the relevant data to proceed with the collection of the services.
In the event that a user leaves a comment or interaction socially with the social networks in which Holatax is present, he must keep in mind that his data will be published in the environment in which he acts, that is, he will be expressly authorizing the communication of his data - associated with the action he performs - to the other users who access the social network.
